Alphonse Elric Wallpaper by SuterusuZ Alphonse Elric Wallpaper by SuterusuZ
So I found this wallpaper online through Google Images. I have checked deviantART to see if the original was posted here so I could give credit but have not found it. I have found several other people who have done something with it though. Anyways, the one I found was a large sized wallpaper but terrible quality. You could see pixel discolorations around all the edges of the different colors. So, I have fixed that and made it look much higher quality.

Right now it is my resolution which is 1366x768. If anybody else would like it who has difficulty doing it themselves (really easy), I will do requests for custom sizes.

No problem at all. Like I stated in its description, I am not the original artist, I just cleaned up what was heavily compressed and full of artifacts.

I plan on doing more. I prefer ones that are simplistic like this but I tend to fix up plenty. I have to REALLY like the image to fix it up though. Most that are made for standard res (1024x768) or just 4:3 I tend not to do not because I can't or because it is hard to do, I just like stretching or cropping (really the only 2 choices if I don't want to do a whole ton of work). Most of my fix-ups tend to be fixing pixel fixes from people saving in lower quality formats (usually jpg). I prefer most of my images in PNG (same as BMP but with transparency support) but sometimes Windows doesn't like and will pixelate it when setting it as a wallpaper. So, I tend to have my walls in BMP format.

Then again, sometimes, I do use jpg only after making sure it doesn't get pixelated.
